Due to a technical error during the PDF creation process, the agenda that was originally posted online was inadvertently incomplete, resulting in the omission of several agenda pages. Because this error was discovered after the 72-hour posting deadline for a regular meeting, District Counsel advised canceling the regular meeting and re-noticing the meeting as a Special Meeting with the full agenda to ensure compliance with the Brown Act while maintaining the scheduled meeting date as closely as practicable.
