Spalding is an unincorporated community on the western shore of Eagle Lake in Lassen County. The City of Susanville, our County Seat, is located about 35 miles to the Southeast.
Our Mission is to provide fire, emergency medical service, sewer, and recreational facilities to the community in an environmentally, ethically and fiscally responsible manner.

Spalding Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Spalding Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
