Want to rent the Community Hall? It's easy! We require a $200 deposit and the rental cost is $25/hr. If the hall is left clean, the deposit will be used for rental costs.
A rider on your homeowners insurance is also required - a one day, $1,000,000 policy naming the Spalding Community Services District as additionally insured. We must have an insurance certificate at least three days prior to the event.
No Alcohol Allowed
We have 100 Folding Chairs and 20 30” x 72” Folding Tables. Decorations may be hung in the hall
You may advertise your event by placing posters in our kiosk and we can place the advertising on our web site.

Spalding Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
