The launch ramp will be open. As of 5/20/2011 there is approximately 5' of water in the launch area. You will still have to be careful when launching since the wheels of boat trailers will leave the cement ramp when launching. The lake has come up another half inch over the past two weeks, so it is higher than last year.

*New SPALDING COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT HAS OPENINGS FOR PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL DOCK LEASES. PERMITEES MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN DOCK FACILITIES AND MUST REMOVE DOCKS BY NOV. 30. PRIVATE DOCKS: $200 PER SEASON PLUS $5 PER SLIP. COMMERCIAL DOCKS: $300 PER SEASON PLUS $20 PER SLIP. INSURANCE COVERING THE DISTRICT IS REQUIRED. FOR MORE INFO, CALL 825-3258

There is an $8 fee for the use of our Marina facility. Multiple day use permits are available. The only revenue the District receives to maintain the Marina comes from these Day Use Fees! We encourage those who utilize our facility on a regular basis, during the fishing season, to purchase an Annual Permit. Annual Permit stickers are here and available for purchase today. Click on Spalding Marina Annual Sticker Request below to print the application. Please complete including: vehicle make(s), license number(s), signature and check , plus a copy of the of the auto registration(s) and a telephone number. Mail it to us and we will promptly send you your stickers and receipt in the next day’s mail so you can be ready to start fishing. Have any other questions; just give us a call (530) 825-3258.
